Hogan Tire & Auto - Hudson, MA

I stopped into the Hudson Hogan Tire location this morning after unsuccessfully trying to fill my tires with air at the nearby gas station. It was a busy morning for the shop, with three people in front of me. The first person was quite nasty to the man at the desk about an issue that was not his fault. After that, I was reluctant to ask for assistance on a trivial matter since it was a busy time. Leo, who was manning the desk, cheerfully told me it was not a problem to help me and filled all of my tires. He also replaced my metal air valve caps with plastic ones since he told me mine could rust closed. The service was above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely come here for tires when I need them. Thank you Leo!

I had 4 tires replaced (mounted and rebalanced). The plan was to have a 4 wheel alignment performed also but they'd indicated that after inspecting the alignment that it was not necessary. So this was a nice unexpected savings on top of a 10% discount. The work was done well within the estimated time. Best of all the new tires are very smooth at highway speeds. The only thing I had to do was reset my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) in my Volvo.

This is another post a week or so before Christmas 2024- They have delivered - tire alignment - tire rotation - tire balancing - tire stability- left and right things - not a mechanic kids - rotors - brakes - shocks They have done a great job - you should take your car here. Good guys at the desk - better guys in the shop - great price and place! Hogan tire is a great place to at the very least evaluate your car - I get service done here because they are good. 10/10 - 5/5 they haven’t let me down - few years ago I had tires done here - and that was also amazing! Before I had tires done the manager said -“you should just travel to a place down the road and replace this one tire” instead of selling me tires he gave an honest opinion which I took him up on and he was right. These guys aren’t selling you things - they are solving problems! When my tires were done - I went to hogan tire and had them replaced because they had my trust. Honest - kind - and just good guys working here!

I was in desperate need of a new tire as a nail had gone through the sidewall and it was not repairable. While Hogan‘s was completely booked for the day, they were able to very quickly accommodate me and get me back on the road.

Hogans has always done a good job for me with quick reliable work and competitive prices. Its why i go there, however can i point out that the wall paper in the store claims free tire disposal, and yet they charged me for tire disposal for 4 tires when i only changed 2. Its these small things that drive away customers. Why must we always feel like everything is a scam? Especially in the world of automobiles. Its no longer inflation but greed‐flation.

Our go to for any tire issue including purchase or repair. Greg and the team are simply great to deal with. Case in point, I got a nail in my sidewall (usually means a new tire). I brought the truck in, they looked at it removed the nail, checked to make sure the tire was retaining air and sent me on my way in under 15-minutes. Oh and they didn't charge me!

I'm very picky about where I bring my vehicle for servicing, but I have been using Hogan Tire since I moved to MA. They are very knowledgable, professional, can get the tires you want, and most importantly, they torque your lugs to spec! I greatly appreciate that last part as not all places do that, and it keeps us safe. I will definitely keep going to Hogan Tire for my vehicle's servicing.

We were very happy with the service at Hogan. Having had a couple of not-great experiences at another local franchise, we switched over to Hogan and the difference was immediately noticeable. The staff at Hogan were attentive and thorough, and our requested maintenance was completed in a timely fashion. I also very much appreciated the digital maintenance and service report that was sent at the conclusion of our appointment. We will be back!
